If you wish to know about the admission procedure, then here it is, for PG Courses :
- The postgraduate courses have the PGCET as the required means of selection in most cases.
1. Release of Application Forms - 1st week of July
2. Last date to apply - 3rd week of July
3. Announcement of Merit List - End July, Early August
4. Counselling - 1st week of August
5. Commencement of classes - 2nd week of August

Your mode of application will be online but you will have to come to India for writing the entrance exam as there are no exam centres for COMEDK outside India. Since you're Indian by birth, all your processes will be conducted as an Indian student. For example, your fees will be the same as Indian students and will be calculated in INR. The most important thing which will treat you as normal Indian student is if you have an Indian Birth Certificate. Also, follow the link below for further details:

It hardly matters how well you speak English. Universities in Bangalore take admission on the basis of marks and ranks. Even if your English is weak, you will improve with time. Also, there is not such quota for Delhi students. You will come under the category of a non-Karnataka resident.

It is supposed to be any student who is shifting from one college to the other shouldn't have any backlogs in the previous institution as per what I was told when I asked for a change. So it is suggested you clear all the backlogs and then try for change.
