I would suggest you to practice at least 3 previous years question papers if available else appear for more and more mock tests. As much as you practice, you will get hang of finishing the exam in time and also boost your confidence. You can also try exam preparation booklets which are easily in the market.

You can contact Bangalore University, because some university can migrate their student from one user to another university, and so it is not possible to say yes.
