At GIBS Bangalore, the faculty-student ratio is quite good, which means there are enough teachers for each student.

This helps a lot in mentoring because:

  • Teachers can pay attention to individual students

  • You can ask questions freely and get proper guidance

  • Mentors can track your progress and help you improve

  • It creates a friendly and supportive learning environment

Overall, the good faculty-student ratio at GIBS makes learning more personal and helps students grow both academically and professionally.

At GIBS, the packages are pretty good overall. In my batch, the highest went into double digits, and many of us got solid offers from MNCs. I personally got around 12 LPA in an MNC, and my friend Rohit got about 14.3 LPA, which was really motivating for all of us.

So yeah, if you work hard and stay consistent, good packages are totally possible at GIBS, and placements feel real and achievable, not just on paper.
