When we take admission in any Bachelor's degree we need to be eligible for that. Unless that university or college has clearly stated that they can give Provisional Admission on the condition that you will pass that subject in a fixed time, you may not get admission.

A candidate applying for the BBA/BCA Programme should have passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any statutory board situated in India. The candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided they complete their examination including practical Examinations, viva / assignments on or before the day of admission to the institute of their choice. As per the GGSIPU CET BBA 2018 eligibility criteria, candidates who have passed the higher secondary exam are eligible to apply. At the time of admission to First Year B.Com course, students are required to fill in the University enrollment form, without which the admission will not be approved by the University of Mumbai. If they fail to fill in the enrollment form they will not be allowed to appear for the examination and their names will be struck off from the College Register. No student will be deemed as admitted to the college unless he/she has filled in a fresh admission form and has paid the necessary fees & deposits and obtains approval from the University.
