Last year the eligibility criteria for BBA was:-
1) Compulsory subject(s) in +2: English & (Math/B. Maths/B. Maths & Eco),
2) Aggregate calculation:English + Math/B. Maths/B. Maths & Eco)+ any 2 marks requirement for application 60%
3) Selection: On the basis of board marks & admission test (50% : 50%)

Officially, attendance criterion is almost same for all the colleges. However, the admission depends on the merit cut-off and into which college you are seeking admission. At times, certain colleges conduct their own entrance exams for admissions into various courses. BBA and BMS is the difference only of the nomenclature. Normally, under University of Mumbai, one finds courses in the name of BMS. Whereas, in other places you may find BBA. The actual course is overall the same. I hope this would suffice. All the best.
God bless you.
