For pursuing BBA LLB, you have options to get admission under foreign national category, under which some seats are reserved in every National Law university. In Mumbai, you have two options as MNLU, wherein you can take admission by applying for CLAT.

Dear Jhalak,
Officially, attendance criterion is almost same for all the colleges. However, the admission depends on the merit cut-off and into which college you are seeking admission. At times, certain colleges conduct their own entrance exams for admissions into various courses. BBA and BMS is the difference only of the nomenclature. Normally, under University of Mumbai, one finds courses in the name of BMS. Whereas, in other places you may find BBA. The actual course is overall the same. I hope this would suffice. All the best.
God bless you.
