• Dedicated Placement Cell: The placement department works as a bridge between students and over 400 potential recruiters across various industries such as IT, BFSI, E-commerce, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.
• 100% Placement and Internship Assistance: GIBS guarantees full assistance to all students in securing both internships (which often lead to Pre-Placement Offers) and final job placements.
• Industry Interaction and Networking: Students get extensive opportunities to interact with industry leaders, CEOs, and HR heads through guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and a strong alumni network of over 2,000 professionals for mentorship and job referrals.
• Pre-Placement Activities: The cell facilitates pre-placement talks (PPTs) by companies, followed by a streamlined process of CV submission, shortlisting, group discussions (GDs), and interviews. 

• GIBS Finishing School (CPMP): This unique, mandatory program runs every Saturday and provides over 200 hours of intensive training to make students "industry-ready". Training includes:
  • Soft Skills & Communication: Training in leadership, teamwork, communication, and image management.
  • Interview Preparation: Extensive mock interviews and aptitude test training.
  • Resume Building: Assistance in creating customized and professional resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Personal Mentoring: Individual career guidance to help students identify their strengths and career interests.
• IRE School (Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship): For students interested in self-employment or innovation, the IRE school offers guidance, workshops, and business incubation support to help them launch their own startups. Over 10 successful student-led startups have been launched from the campus.
• Practical Exposure: The curriculum is designed with a "Learning by Doing" (LBD) approach, including live corporate projects, case studies, and industrial visits, giving students hands-on experience in real-world scenarios.
