For the GIBS admission interview, you don't need to stress — the required documents are very basic and simple. You just need to carry:

  • Your 10th & 12th marks cards

  • Graduation marks cards (if you're joining PGDM)

  • Entrance exam scorecard (CAT/MAT/CMAT/anything you gave)

  • ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN)

  • Passport-size photos

That's it. GIBS keeps the process super smooth… just keep your files ready and you're good to go for the interview.

Yeah, totally! A candidate can apply for both PGDM and BBA at the same time in GIBS.

The process is very simple — you just fill out the applications separately, and the team guides you throughout. GIBS is super supportive, so if you have any confusion, they actually help you choose what's best for you.

So yes, applying for both is absolutely fine!

  • After submitting, the admissions team verifies your score and then calls you for the GD-PI round.

  • You can also share your scorecard through email or WhatsApp if the counselor asks — they guide you clearly.

  • Once everything is checked, they move forward with your selection proc

GIBS looks at entrance exam scores in a very simple and balanced way. They don't judge you only by your CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score — they just use it to check your basic aptitude.

Even if your score is average, it's totally fine because GIBS focuses more on your overall profile, your confidence, and how you perform in GD & PI. These exams just help them understand your basics in quant, reasoning, and verbal, but the final selection is more about your attitude and willingness to learn.

So, scores matter, but they're not everything — GIBS gives everyone a fair chance.
