The descriptions of life at GSMC.
Placements: The name of the college is enough for you to get a good job in a hospital with a good salary. Almost all graduates are working, except those who want to study further. The students are well trained to take care of patients right after they graduate and excel at it.
Infrastructure: The physiotherapy department is a little outdated, as physiotherapy requires frequent updates in equipment and syllabus. The department could benefit from being situated in a place with more natural light. Hostel accommodation is another issue since not everyone gets a nearby hostel, which is more than 40 minutes away.
Faculty: The teaching staff and syllabus are good, covering important topics effectively. We are encouraged to learn additional material beyond the syllabus, which motivates everyone. The exams are up to standard, and we pass with an average of 50%. The course is relevant and prepares students to be at least 60% ready for their careers.

SVNGMC, YAVATMAL: The place for the best doctors.
Placements: In MBBS, there is nothing like placements, but the faculty of the college are well specialized to help you become a really good doctor. The facilities are enough for a student to excel in his/her career. The library is also huge, so there will be no problem when the strength increases.
Infrastructure: The lecture halls are fully air-conditioned. The practical labs are all equipped with every kind of scientific instrument. Hostels are also neat and clean, with a bare minimum rent of 4000 rupees for a year. Seniors are very friendly, and it is a ragging-free campus.
Faculty: The faculty are specialized doctors themselves. They are very supportive in every possible case. If the students need holidays, the professors grant them. Semester exams in the college are completely on the MUHS pattern. The exams are not really hard. If you have studied and your concepts are good, then passing is really easy.
Other: The batch strength is 200, with 85% of seats for the Maharashtra quota and 15% for the All India quota.

Dissatisfied because of faculty and low exposure to patients .
Placements: The package offered for the B.A.M.S. course is from INR 3 lakh to 10 lakh per annum. You can easily get a job after completion. You will not get any placement from the college itself. If you open your own clinic, you can earn a better salary at the village hospital, where the salary is lower.
Infrastructure: The hostel, college and hospital are all on one campus, just 10 steps away, but the college is far from Kolhapur city and 4 km from Taluka city. The hostel room is small and they place four students in one room. The campus is ragging-free and safe. You can't go outside of campus after 7 p.m.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but are not able to give great practical knowledge to students. University exams are annual and college takes two exams; the passing percentage is 50%. Students post-graduation do all the work related to IPD and OPD and UG students get the least chance.
Other: I took this course to gain ayurvedic knowledge but my college campus was more of an allopathic practice. The course is good; the government provides scholarships if you are a category student or from an economically weaker section. My college was good for fests and events. After the completion of the course, you can practice both paths.

Good college, good placement, infrastructure is good, and teaching facilities are excellent.
Placements: Placement they give in new hospitals like Apollo, Jupiter, and Wockhardt. MH CET admission is done in this university under different colleges, providing a package of 3k to all students. They give a 6-month internship with 8000 and provide good facilities to all students.
Infrastructure: Library is provided to all students. Sports and canteen also have good and healthy food. Computer labs and the course department are also good. Sports take place at the university level, giving certificates and programs like dance games. ITM IHS College is a good college for nursing and also other courses.
Faculty: The college semester exam is hard, but they provide good education and topic clarity, so the exams are also easier to pass. Then every six months, one university exam can be conducted. Teachers are all PhD and MSc holders, and the passing marks for university are 38.
Other: They provide scholarships and also earn-and-learn facilities for all students. Nursing is a professional course where we provide care to patients and give treatment, and I like to do this.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: Students from our college get hired by different hospitals. Nearly all college students are hardworking and talented, so they secure jobs. One hundred percent of all students get placed in various hospitals after the course, with good packages. All students must complete a compulsory internship at different hospitals. The lowest package is around 30,000 per month, and the highest is about 80,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is one of the best, with excellent lecture halls equipped with digital equipment. The library has Wi-Fi, and there is also a seminar hall. The hostel is average, not luxurious, and the hostel food is not very good. For sports, there is a playground and a tennis court.
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are great and have a helpful nature. All the teachers are well qualified and possess great knowledge. The new curriculum supports students to survive in today's market and teaches them various strategies to start new ideas. Semester exams are tough but not overly difficult because all the syllabus is covered by the teachers.
