The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna other than the General category are - 2362 for OBC, 35999 for SC, 112416 for ST, 2151 for EWS, 286278 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. Candidates can visit the official website to know more about the latest cutoff details.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 1461 and closing rank was 2737. The cutoffs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

The placements at the BBAU are not very high but for courses like MBA  one can see placements happening at times. 

There's a dedicated placement cell for all enquiries related to placement in the university. Only the students with the highest of scores get good placements.
