You can be a pilot regardless of your stream in class 12th, you just need a 60% in Physics and Maths in class 12th. In case you did not have these subjects in class 12th, you will have to apply to National School of Open Learning and appear for an exam and get a passing certificate for the particular subject. In your case, you had Physics, but not maths, so to be able to be eligible for Commercial Pilot License course, you will need to clear Math exam from NIOS first.

Yes, you can appear in 2019, and NIFT score is valid only for one year.

Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a pass mark of 60% in class 12 with Mandatory Subjects : Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics. It's not clear about where do you want to apply for B.Sc Nursing and for which institution do you need the application forms.

Both are good and recognized university, if you get admission in one of them. Jamia Milia islamia is one of the top university, which is situated in Delhi. And, BHU is one of the oldest university in India.

Ask the relevant authorities before taking any decision. I am sure you can apply for the same.
