You just need to clear class 12 examination. If you have interest in commerce field and planning to do MBA in future, BA will be a good decision. Yes, you can do B.A after 12th in biology. So, BA course is open for students from every stream.

In Genetics is offered by Institute of Genetic Engineering in Kolkata. There is no entrance exam as admission is based on 12th marks.

A knowledge of Maths can help a biologist. However, just as understanding, biology may be useful to Mathematicians. Some courses which includes biology and math are Bio-Mathematics, Bio-Engineering, Bio Physics, Biostatistics, Bio-Infoirmatics, Biotechnology, epidemiology etc.

Yes, of course you can but I would recommend you to go for biotechnology branch because that thing is more related to the stream you have taken and for chemical good college is in Pune, Mumbai like MIT-Pune and ICT-Mumbai, etc. Please comment if you need more help.
