After doing your B.Tech in Biotechnology, you can either choose to do a post graduate degree in the area of Biotechnology, if you are interested in Research. On the other hand you could also look into doing a management degree if you are looking at a Management post in the industry (eg Pharmaceutical Industry).
If you prefer to go down the technical research route, then you first need to get a post graduate degree –an M.Tech degree would be preferable. There are many universities that you could look at. Scope is pretty good both in india & abroad for both specializations. You can earn the maximum in biotechnology if u wish to work abroad. It is one of the brightest careers today.

Yes there are many good job opportunities available after doing MBA in Biotechnology. MBA in Biotechnology provides broad introduction to biotechnology and focuses on imparting management skills, required in chemical, Pharmaceutical or allied industries.
You are eligible for opportunities in government research and development organisations.
