Hi Karan,
Based your percentage, a PG course in an university seems tough. You also have a three year bachelor degree which is not acceptably by universities in Canada. You can look for Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate programs in Biotechnology programs offered by reputed colleges in Canada. Durham College, Canadian Career College of Technology and Management, Concordia University are few options.
Thanks

I am not sure about the colleges in Pune. But, if you want to know about Bangalore, IISc and JNCASR are the best ones. Among the rest, you can also check for Mount Carmel College.

Dear Sanjay,
While I certainly support the list of the universities mentioned above, I do feel that your academics in your undergrad, GRE & TOEFL besides your strong letter of recommendations & statement of purpose fetches you scholarships. The scholarships comes in different forms at universities at Masters level:
Research Assistant ship
Teaching Assistant ship etc.
The RA & TA is awarded to academically promising students.
Good luck.
