Hello Subhas,
It's very nice to see your dream of doing M.Sc. Many of us cannot pursue regular courses and then the only option is distance education. I feel IGNOU is the best open university offering hundreds of courses via distance education. Just download brochure cum application form from the NET and follow steps given there.

To apply for M.Sc. In Plant Science you should have graduation degree in agriculture or biological sciences with minimum 50% from any recognised university. If you have interest to become researcher or lecturer in plant Science you can take the CSIR NET Exam. It is a national level exam which is organized to examine the ability of candidates to become a research fellow or lecturer. It is a outstanding gateway to make a bright future. No, you cannot apply for Diploma in botany. Only Science students are eligible for the same.
