As far as your marks and percentage are concerned, you are certainly eligible to apply for admission in the Bachelors degree programme in most of the colleges in DelhiThe course is 3 years long. Yes, you can apply for SET as well as the NET exam. Let me clear here that SET is a state level while NET is national level exam conducted for the assistant professor at the university level and the junior research fellowship. The minimum eligibility to apply for the NET or SET exam is post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks from recognised university. The candidates are allowed to apply only their post graduation degree or its related subject.
