To get a seat in Aurora Group of Institutions BTech, students must pass Class 12 examination with 50% in relevant subjects from a recognised board. Candidates are shortlisted for the BTech programme based on their performance in the last qualifying exam and entrance scores in Andhra Pradesh EAPCET/ Andhra Pradesh ECET, followed by counselling. However, some admissions are decided by management.

The Amity University Gurugram offers Lateral Entry admissions for its BTech course for candidates who have completed a Diploma or post-graduate Diploma in Engineering.

Candidates can apply to transfer into the 3rd or 5th semester of the programme by applying though the Lateral Admission portal and selecting the Gurugram campus while applying.
