IIT Mandi merit-cum-means (MCM) scholarship is availabl for BTech and BS candidates. The criteria varies for general/ SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. Yes, I'd say Galgotias University is worth considering for B.Tech/CSE. It offers good campus facilities, practical exposure, different CSE specialisations and placement opportunities. But your own coding skills, projects and internships will still play a major role in getting good outcomes.
