It is not possible to get admission, because DTU asks for minimum criteria of 75% marks in class 12th, and even outside state quota is bare minimum for outsiders. Plus, a decent rank in Jee Mains is required.

Depends on you and the determination you show towards it!
But most probably you will get the Syntax of the language fairly quickly (1-2 months with no experience) assuming you have no experience with programming: You have to keep learning 2-3 hours per day 5 days per week.

Following are some of the differences between C and C+. When compared to C+, C is a subset of C+. All valid C programs are valid C+ programs. This can happen, if you are not able to understand what your teacher is teaching you. Don't worry, most of us do the same. You need to use online resources to gain knowledge. Visit some YouTube Channels as they'll explain what is the meaning and usage of every single character written inside a programme.

What specifically you don't understand? Is it the logic of code, or the syntax of language?
No one can teach you logic. You must learn it on your own. Keep practicing more and more random questions and over a period of time you will become good ATIT. For syntax. Refer to some standard book and try making programs in C+ compiler and see the syntax you want to use in the book.

It will not, but I suggest you that you can do the coding along with your studies, because if there is a gap in the studies, it is not so valued. Coding is not a big thing, as I am also doing B.Tech in computer Science and engineering. In every semester, we find almost a new programming language and along our regular studies we all practicing the coding too. I suggest you that due to only coding don't make a gap in your studies.
