In india, A levels are recognised by many universities but not all but slowly the trend is changing. The major issue is that most of the admissions for undergrad are closed by august and it becomes difficult for IGCSE students to apply. The subject combinations also becomes a challenge sometime as the streams are fixed in india unlike abroad.

Dear Ritu, you will find online application both the university websites. They also have the application checklist and documents you need to upload. Eligibility criteria varies again according to the program you want to study. Nevertheless you must excel in your academics as these are two of the world's top universities. If you could share your grade 12 subjects it will be easy to guide you. The universities you are aspiring for actually look for the holistic profile i.e. academics, co curricular and community services too. You also need to score high on SAT/ACT.

For doing masters from Oxford or Cambridge university, you need to give IELTS with a band score of 7.0 for both the universities.
