Different departments in Cambridge University have different admission requirements. On the whole, you need to be highly academic with excellent grades around 80% and above. You must then take the IELTS, 7 and higher band is acceptable. To get admitted in a university like Cambridge you have to showcase your intellect and competitive skills.

Oxford and Cambridge are more into intellect so you have demonstrated the same. Study very hard and achieve excellent grades. Also they want students who can contribute to the university and the society so be an all-rounder. Know your talents and pitch in your areas of excellence. From sports to culinary skills whatever may be your talent besides academics, simply demonstrate. Remember to maintain high academic grades throughout.

Completion of 10+2 with very good academic percentage, above 75%, is least expected. You must also take the IELTS and score a minimum overall of 7. Every department has its specific requirement, I will advise you to visit the Cambridge University website thoroughly before applying.
