This depends on the colleges, some have deadlines still, but for rest it is too late. You should find time Till Feb, please check college websites at the earliest.

Class 11th marks are not considered. Already, you have scored good marks in class 12th. Therefore, just get the good IELTS score and thus plan your admission. Good luck.
