To pursue MD in Canada (Similar to an MBBS degree), students need to have a budget between 15 Lacs to 50 Lakhs. This is just a tuition fee and does not count living cost. Students can check scholarships in Canada and apply to reduce tuition fees. In addition to the tuition fee, students will also have to bear the cost of living in Canada which can be nearly CAD 20,000 per annum.

Cost of Living at the University of British Columbia is high estimated at CAD 15, 000 to CAD 25, 000, Indian Rupees 9 Lacs to 15 Lacs per annum. Residence fees for the on-campus is CAD 10000 to 15000 per year which is roughly around 6 Lacs to 9 Lacs of INR. Food is estimated between CAD 3000 to CAD 5000 annually or about INR 180000 to INR 300000. Other expenditures such as transportation, entertainment etc., cost approximately CAD 2,000 to CAD 5,000 or INR 1.2 K to INR 3 K per year. In conclusion, for living expense, students should expect to spend anything from INR 90000/- to INR 150000/- per year while studying UBC.

To pursue an MS in Canada,
- A 3 or 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- GPA should be 3.0+ out of 4.0 GPA.
- A good score in standardized test such as GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT and etc. (Minimum required score will vary in these universities)
- In some universities, work experience is an eligibility. (Make sure you check the official website of university).

- A decent score in standardized test scores (GRE or GMAT).
