Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding a course in MS in Petroleum Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. You can also download their brochure which would contain specific information regarding fee structures, rankings and reviews, placement records etc.

Hi Neha,
Firstly, you have to look for options. There won't be much options in USA, but in Canada you can check for PG Diploma programs. You have to start visiting university and college websites to learn about the programs they have, the fees etc, also you must see the duration, visa requirements and if you can avail some post study work options. Email them as well. It is necessary to personally contact them. You can go through this article on how to start researching out options

It will depend on what kind of job you want to do. What seems best for me may not work for you. Also, you have to know what you want in terms of your interest and career, there is no such thing called best course whatsoever. Many options like MBA, PG Diploma in HR, IB etc are available. You can check the Skilled Occupation List of the different provinces in Canada and see the related professions in demand then align with your own requirements.

Sorry to say but 58% is really poor for Canada. You can target PGDM programs and from SPP colleges, but since visa assessment is more strict in SPP chances are not too high unless you have a very strong profile and outstanding SOPs etc.
