Hi Abhik,
Study permits are issued for both full time and part time courses. You can be granted a study visa for a part time course if you have been accepted by a designated learning institute, also you cannot perform any part time work.

There is no MBBS in Canada, you must complete your Bachelors degree in biology and clear the MCAT before applying to a medical school.
