Both the options are good. If you can get admission in a reputed institute for your Master’s degree in India, then you can take admission in that. Otherwise, you can opt for colleges in abroad.
You should select the institute or college according to the reputation and practical exposure provided by them. The more practical exposure you will get, the more chances would be for better career opportunities.

Hi Mrugesh, you can apply but admissions will depend on your application profile. The number of backlogs you have is very huge and top ranked universities will hesitate to admit you. A very good SOP and LORs will be required. What was your percentage?

Hi Mohammed,
Please write to studyabroad@shiksha.com for university selection.
296 is a low score you may check for universities not requiring the GRE for better chances.

The university is recognized by UGC, AICTE and many major accreditation bodies.
Before, you apply to any university in Canada or any foreign country, you can contact the university directly and get your degree checked. Every university has specific requirements, so you must always check their websites and email them.

You can prepare for GMAT exam, and then apply for colleges abroad. Good colleges abroad look for prior work experience. So, I would suggest to get a decent job and work for at least 3 years.

You cannot apply for a student visa without an acceptance letter from an university. Talking about your diploma, you must have valid documents proving that you are qualified to apply, a registration certificate won't help. Evidence of funds would also be required.
