For Master's degree, you should have minimum 16 years of education and relevant experience of minimum 5 years. For a full time two year course, you would have to spend about Rs.30 lakhs as tuition fee plus other expenses.
If you consider a post-graduate Diploma, they normally cost around Rs.8 lakhs to Rs.10 lakhs of tuition fee plus additional expenses.

Yes, you can pursue your higher studies and is a good thing that you want to continue your studies. You must meet the admission requirements before applying.
