I am unable to understand if you are asking for Bachelor's degree or Master's degree programmes but generally a 75% or above is required by all major universities in Canada. IELTS score requirement varies with what you want to study, 6 for Bachelor's degree and 6.5 for Masters' is required. You can check university's websites for details.

Prospects will vary with program to program. Diploma can be either undergraduate or post graduate diploma and both will fetch different prospects. Generally for long term prospects you would require a Masters. If you are looking for a professional course you can think about a diploma and keep earning certifications and other diplomas in future to add value.

You can but options will be limited. You can check colleges under SPP based on your percentage. The universities require more than 70%. You can check Australia too.

You should have minimum 6.5 bands then, you can apply for the top colleges in Canada and plus you should have an internship in companies or NGO because Canada do prefer the students with such experience.
All the best.
