Obviously because it is highly ranked, the higher the ranking tougher is to get admission. If you look at it the reverse way they are highly ranked because they are selective. Australia is a better option for you, rest are competitive with respect to your grades and US, Canada don't accept 3-year Bachelor’s degree. You can look for accounts or finance programs but the course choice is completely yours, depending on your interest and future plans.

GRE is not a must for PG Diploma programs, I will suggest you to look at the university requirements for the specific information you are looking for.
