It mostly depends on your stream. For medical, non-medical and commerce the minimum requirement is of above 60% and for arts it is nearly 70%. But, I suggest you to score as much as you can.
I myself got refused due to my percentage.
One more thing, it is must for you to secure above 50% in your 3 main subjects for the same.

According to me you can go there for MBA. For MBA, sort out the universities and divide them into expert, intermediate and beginner. You need to apply for minimum of 6 colleges and 2 in each category. Now the purpose of doing so is you are confirmed of receiving admit from min. of 2-4 colleges. After that, open the university website and go through the terms and conditions and if you fulfill them download the forms.
Before applying, you must have these things ready with you:
1. GMAT score
2. TOEFL score
3. Statement of purpose
4. Letters of recommendation
5. All your certificates
6. Transcript of graduation marksheet
7. Passport
8. Work exp

There is no problem as such in distance learning Bachelor's degree if you want to apply for MBA programme outside India. If you qualify the admission process, eligibility and your university is approved from UGC and AIU then you would get the admission.
