Hi Jitesh,
There is a small correction you need here. You do not hire a supervisor, it is the other way round. They should accept you. However, for M.Eng courses, it is not necessary to contact a supervisor before submitting an application. Once you submit your application you will be placed under a supervisor depending on university requirements.

No country or a program can give a you a job surety or guarantee. Getting a job will come down to your skills, networks, qualification and market trends. For better prospects, you should always enrol yourself in a reputed university having corporate tie-ups. You must also check for additional courses and certification programs they offer, if they have study abroad exchange programs, internship they provide and work placement assistance.

Hi Sahil,
The University of British Columbia is one of the top-ranked and selective universities in Canada. On the basis of your academic record gaining admission into UBC seems difficult. Winnipeg is also selective but you can still try. I will suggest you check universities in Australia, New Zealand and European countries.
