When selecting a country for study you should also consider the visa and work permit rules. For eg:- Canada provides a 2 yr open work permit after the completion of course (of at least 2yrs). Having a work permit of atleast an year is very helpful when looking for jobs. see www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work.asp

5.5 in each or in one module? If in one module, try applying to Fanshawe College (Practical Elements of Mechanical Engineering), Lakehead University (MS Mechanical Engineering).

When we compare these two countries, it is very important to understand and analyze the education system, tuition fees and career opportunities which they have and how they match with your future plans.

Hello Tejaswini,
For MS in top universities around 70% is recommended. It is also difficult to say which university would be best as it is a profile centric question. You may have to take the GRE which I will personally recommend to higher your admission chances. Visir vari university websites for details and email them for guidance. Best of luck.

Hi Simon,
8 lakhs will also be a very tight budget for the UK. On average, most MBA courses will be on average 11Lakhs+.
This article about low cost MBA programmes may be useful:-http://www.studyin-uk.com/studyuk/mba-low-cost/.
Please note that living costs per month in the UK will start at around 1 lakhs
Best regards.
