The skills required for a successful in Labour & Employment Law career include:
- An ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to research and understand complex legal issues.
- The capacity to stand up for the minorities or the oppressed.

I believe the scope for career growth depends on many things like your work location, employer, designation, relevant experience, skillset, etc. However, if you compare Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, Hotel Management wins the race.
Hotel Management is multidisciplinary and covers specializations like Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Culinary Arts, Food Production, Bartending, Nutrition, and more, it obviously has more and better employment options.
So, if you are into Culinary Arts Management, you should stick to this specialisation and explore the areas of growth in your respective field.

In my opinion, being in the Culinary field of work has both pros and cons, here are some aspects you can look at, compare yourself, and make an informed decision:
Pros:
- Chance to be creative and express oneself through food.
- Chance to bring joy and satisfaction to others through cooking.
- Potential for career advancement, from line cook to chef to restaurant owner.
Cons:
