IGNOU provides study material in both online and offline mode. Students applying for admission can choose the mode to receive the study material. Students are not charged anything for the material. In case student opts for hard copy, they receive the study material by post within a few weeks of applying for admission. The online study material is available on the official website of the university for students to download the same.
