Your academic profile is also good and you have chances to get a college among these. If you have gap of 1 year after graduation, you can also go for CAT-2017 and improve your score.

The tier - 2 business schools expect around 80 percentile in CAT score. You can prefer:
1. Balaji Group.
2. Indira Institute – Pune.
3. Acharya – Bangalore.
4. PUMBA – Pune.

It is a very bad score. You can re-appear for CAT exam next year and try to get at least 80 percentile as it will help you to get admission for MBA program in a decent business school.
