For CAT, your eligibility is 10+2+3 or 10+2+4. You should have completed your graduation or in the final year.

If you secure admission, you will need to clear the backlogs before joining and produce the certificate. If you are not able to do that, then your admission will be cancelled. So, you should try to clear your backlogs.

In KIAMS, the selection of the student is based on his past academic profile along with the percentile in the competitive exams. Generally, the cut off of the CAT is 50 percentile but student should also have minimum 60% till graduation.
