Hi,
Yes, to do MBA with any specialization from a top B-School, you need to clear an entrance exam. There are lot of entrance exams these days such as CAT, MAT and GMAT etc which you can look forward for.
Best of luck!

Hi Aanch. You should be having a minimum 50% in CAT. The more you have is best for you to get a cream college. The overall concern for you will be your performance in GDPI round which will be having 70% weight age to your GDPI performance and rest 30% will be for your entrance exams.

Taking admission in ISM dhanbad for MBA programme requires minimum of 60% in CAT for general students and for category students it's less than 50% but that is not enclosed anywhere but chances are more that u will get admission with 50% in CAT also.

Hi,
For old IIM's like IIM A, B and C it's around 98 percenttile and make sure that u got good %tile in all sections. So, it makes positive impact on the interview panel while PI round is being conducted. The most important thing is that the student gets called from such prestigious institute but they are not able to convert into final call. So, focus on the PI as well.
