Rajini, CAT is basically for admission to IIMs and top B-Schools in India. GMAT on the other hand is meant for admission to international B-Schools. CAT takes place once a year whereas GMAT takes place 5 times a year. CAT score is valid for the year in which you appeared for the test but GMAT score is valid for 5 years from the year you appeared for. Seeing the global acceptance of GMAT many B-Schools in India too accept its scores.
Keeping above points in mind you can appear for the test of your choice. Also check the universities that accept both.

You can give both JEE(main) and NATA as I've done this year only.As there are many institutes like nit's who gives you admission in B.arch on the basis of your JEE(main) rank in paper-2.but most of the colleges and universities see your NATA score so I think you should go for both of them.Sorry ,I don't know about CAT much.

The cut off was around 70-75 percentile through CAT.

You can apply to Vivekanand Management Institute, Mumbai as you are eligible for the course. The institute has a good placement record.

IIM Bangalore will conduct CAT 2016. The official notification will be out in the month of July.

It depends upon the number of students applying in this college but its upto 90percentile in CAT to get a seat in MICA

At the time of admission SC/ST categories matters. OBC count as general.
