Hi, sorry , the cutoffs for both, CAT and CMAT is above 99.9 percentile. Last year the cutoff was 99.92.

Congrats.You have excellent profile.To get landed in any of top business schools in India you must have 99+ percentile
(including sectional percentile to be on safer side).

Yes, but your final selection depends on how much weightage given to your undergrad component. If it is quite high, it would be difficult to get into IIM.

Yes provided you are fully devoted to it as you may be competing with people who prepare for a year. Cat prep is more of accustom test environment prep than study content. Give yourself more time to practice within these four months and you will do it good

as per your CAT score you should try apply in colleges who accept that score.check online the cut off and accordingly apply and start giving interviews.
