Yes you can but it is recommended that you join a coaching institute. If you don't want to join atleast subscribe online mock tests that will give you a fair idea about your strength weaknesses, pattern and competition level.

To get admission in top colleges you need to get atleast 90 percentile.

For sectional cut off you can check with the college. Otherwise its cutoff is 90 percentile.

No no. You should start preparing for CAT once you are about to clear your first year of graduation. A preparation of 18-20 months is more than enough if u work steadily. To pursue mba from a reputed college, try to score well in 10th, 12th and graduation. All the best. Thank you

IMS doesn't admits on the basis of CAT, it does take admission on CMAT and DAVV-CET.
cut off for CMAT exam for MBA full time should be minimum 80-85 percentile in CMAT
