There is no such % for passing it's always about making it to good business schools so anything below 85% in CAT is not considered good for making it to good business schools.

For Admission in IIM's one must need to score atleast 90% for any of IIM"S and for best one's above 95% is required.
If you manage to then considering your past scores you will make it.

Exam pattern and syllabus
IITM will conduct a national level entrance test called Tourism Aptitude Test (TAT) at its five campuses viz. Gwalior, Noida, Bhubaneshwar, Goa and Nellore. The two hour long test will have short answer type/multiple choice questions. The questions will be based on history, culture, geography, tourism and general understanding of social environment.
