Yes you can. Final year candidates are allowed to give the CAT exam.

Your chances get high If you score above 85% percentile. Having said that you also have to perform well in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.

I don't think that you will get admission on this profile and CAT score. If you're from any reserved category then it might be possible otherwise NO.

There are no quotas at IMT Ghaziabad. the cut off percentile for CAT as well as XAT is 90.

You can very much make it to IMT Ghaziabad. Your are well over the cut off i.e. 90%ile fpr both, CAT and XAT. All the best!

You are very much eligible. Score 90+ percentile in either CAT or XAT. Even a 650+ in GMAT would do.
