Hi. The admissions take place only through the CAT score hence it is not possible to take admission without CAT.

It is advisable to give CAT and apply to colleges with ur CAT score as it is accepted by most of the colleges in the country. On the contrary there are very few good colleges which accept MAT

It does not matter where do you work. Interview board looks at relevance of earlier work experience. If you can showcase your industrial learning and its relevance to management field , you stand good chance of admission in a good institute.
