You can't get a good college without giving any test. All the top colleges require you to give a certain test CAT, XAT, etc. If you don't want to give an entrance test then you can opt for private colleges but don't expect good placements.

For the PGDM course, admissions are strictly on basis of merit. For MMS, 85% seats are reserved for Maharashtra students, with internal quotas as applicable.

70%tile is the cutoff. There is no reservation for exams. Selection is done based on the performance in GD-PI.

It requires CAT or JEMAT percentile. CAT score should be 60-70 percentile and JEMAT score should be 70-80 percentile.

It is advisable to score more than 80% marks in UG and more than 99 percentile to secure an interview call from IIMs. Please keep in mind for certain IIMs the CAT percentile cutoffs are as high as 99.5 and 99.67. Hence to get calls from all IIMs you will need to score more than 99,7 percentile in CAT. Also if you fail to secure more than 80% marks in UG, you will not be able to receive calls from certain IIMs.

While applying for CAT, you must have selected several IIMs for which you want your applications be considered. Similarly for XAT you must have selected XLRI atleast. However to apply to other institutes like FMS, S.P.Jain, IIFT etc, you will need to separately apply for these institutes. If you haven't done so, I suggest you do if you want to be considered for these colleges.

Unlike other IIM's, IIM Bangalore gave very high weightage to previous academic performance over CAT score. Your previous academic profile looks well and good to get a call for GD/PI if you score 97+ percentile in CAT.
All the best.
