Hi Bharat,
CAT percentile depends on the college in which you are interested to take admission. But to get into top B-Schools you must score more than 95 percentile in CAT.
All the best!

90%ile is cut-off for CAT for Non-domicile candidates and it is 80%ile for domicile candidates. Gradation in Graduation percentage differs from university to university. You may have to convince the interview panel about your reasons for your low percentage. If the reasons are good enough, you will be in.

Cut off for FMS Delhi was 98.54 last year. If you score 98+, then depending on your profile, you might get shortlists from MDI, new IIMs, etc,.
With good percentile, you should have good profile as well.

CAT score holds the majority weightage in determining the cumulative score for short-listing followed by the graduation score, 12th marks, 10th marks, additional qualifications (if any) and work experience. Hence considering the expected percentile, there are good chances of getting a call from IIT D. Also the graduation score is decent enough, therefore though the 12th marks are a bit on the lower side but there are good chances of getting a call based on the CAT score and the graduation marks.
