Getting admission into an Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHM) is not considered "easy" as it requires passing a competitive national-level entrance exam called the NCHMCT JEE, although the difficulty level of the exam is not considered extremely tough, and with good preparation, it is achievable for most eligible candidates; the key is to score well enough to secure a seat in your preferred IHM based on the cut-off ranks.

To get admission to a certificate course in hotel management at an Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, you can prepare for and take an entrance exam like the NCHMCT JEE. You can also check the institute's admission process. 

Eligibility

You must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
