Possibly yes. Admission eligibility at Lovely Professional University basically depends on the particular course you're applying for. For example, some programs, like B.A., B.Com., certain B.Sc. tracks and even some diploma courses, may consider students with around 45–50% marks in Class 12. But when it comes to professional programs, such as B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Ed, and a few specialized courses, the criteria are often a lot higher. So having 45% in Class 12 doesn't automatically rule you out, it's just that your admission chances will really hinge on the program you select. It's a better idea to share which course you're aiming for,

CBSE offers grace marks to students at its own discretion. This is offered to students if the paper is tough or there are errors in the question paper. CBSE offers grace marks so that students doesn't suffer or get low marks due to this.

The eligibility criteria for admission in Mathematics and Statistics Subject is, you have to make sure that you took mathematics in class 12th and scored at least 85%. That's all. It will make you eligible to get admission on both of your desired subjects

After downloading CBSE 12th result 2026, students are advised to check the details carefully. In case there are any mistakes, they can raise the same with examination authority & get it corrected.

CSJMU Kanpur BSc applicants generally need to pass their Class 12 or equivalent exams from a recognised board. You should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics. A minimum of 40% aggregate marks is required for most general Science courses. Some professional tracks like Medical Microbiology require a higher score of 50%. Do check the criteria before applying.
