Yes, you can do Culinary Arts even if you don't have Science. Student from Arts, Commerce, or any stream after 12th can join Diploma or degree.
This field is more about cooking skill, creativity, and food presentation, not too much science subject. College mostly see your passion for cooking, new ideas, and practice skill, so many background student can join.
