Isoenzymes are the different enzymes that catalyse the same biochemical reaction. However, they differ in amino acid composition and kinetic properties. Examples of isoenzymes are hexokinase and lactate dehydrogenase.

Yes, you can do Culinary Arts even if you don't have Science. Student from Arts, Commerce, or any stream after 12th can join Diploma or degree.

This field is more about cooking skill, creativity, and food presentation, not too much science subject. College mostly see your passion for cooking, new ideas, and practice skill, so many background student can join.

Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to release the CBSE 12th date sheet 2026 in the third week of November 2025. The exams will likely be held between Feb 15 and April 5, 2026.
