Hi Diksha, you don't have to wait till January 2021 you can give in the same year but just make note of it that NIFT entrance also happens in mid of March time. Just see to it that if you can manage your 12th exams and NIFT entrance.

Your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open category.

The eligibility for this course is scored at least 60% (for general category) in your 12th class from a recognized board or university.
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

You have to just wait for the 12th exams results first and then you can wait for the cutoff list by Delhi University. Delhi University takes admissions on merit basis. So you can go and check your cutoffs according to you course and percentage.
For some courses Delhi University takes entrance exam also. For information about this you can check on Delhi University's website.
