Dear Jasbinder,
There are a number of options after class 12th based on subjects. If you followed science in 12th then you can go for B.Tech, B.Sc or in medical field you can go for pharmacy, BDS, etc. If you are an arts student choose your interested subject/subjects.

According to the eligibility requirements of Concordia University for industrial engineering candidate applying must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree at minimum 60% and minimum IELTS rank 6.5. So, according to that you may surely get admission in Concordia University.

NATA doesn't provide admission in government colleges. For government colleges you have to take JEE Mains paper 2. You can get good private colleges.
