It depends on your field of interest where you want to go.
But you will get a private college for that course and not that famous a college.

IISC, Bangalore (through boards, JEE, KVPY)
IISER (same as above)
NISER (through NEST)
St. Xavier's, Calcutta & Presidency University (boards & entrance, respectively)
University of Delhi (board marks based).

Well, videography does not have much to do with hospitality or travel. But it is a different course. There are various videography courses available, ranging from certificate courses to diploma to degree. You could try them.

Hi, yes your brother can take admission if he is passed his 12th with 50% or more but if he is less than 50% then it is difficult.

There are plenty of professional courses you can join other than engineering like:
Architecture
Commercial Pilot Course
Merchant Navy courses
Bachelor in Computer Application
Bachelor in Pharmacy
Career in Physics
Career in Mathematics
Career in Defence
Teaching.

You most probably will but keep your options open for other colleges as they will serve you as a backup plan. Du colleges with low cutoff lists areyour best option.

You could opt for engineering, or else you can continue B.Sc. There are various streams in engineering as well as in B.Sc. Hence, you could go as per your preference.
