I hope you are doing well. Yes, you are eligible to get colleges in Mumbai for ECE or CSE. You can check the list of colleges including NITs and IIITs that you can get according to your marks and rank. Use Shiksha JEE college predictor:

There are many courses that you can opt for after 12th. MBBS and BDS are all-time favourites for Biology students but then life doesn't stop here only. You have various other good options available like B.Tech Biotech, Food Tech. , Biomedical, etc. If you are interested in pursuing a course in Science you can go for various B.Sc. Like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, etc. Other than these you have specialised ones like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Forensic, Agriculture, Food Technology, Computer Science, etc. Apart from these you have honours courses too. This is a very common question arises among 12th passout youngsters.
There are huge no career options after 12th.
It depends on your interest that which field is suitable for you and you make your career in that field!
If you are interested in photography go for that, many institution provide Bachelor's in photography, if you want to become a fashion designer go for that.
Choose upon your own interest, Do not take any decision under anyone's pressure.

Admissions to VJTI, Mumbai are strictly based on merit only through on-line centralised admission process as per the guidelines of Government of Maharashtra and are conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
If you fulfill this criteria, you can get admission in VJTI, otherwise not. But no need to get disheartened. You can try for admission in good private universities like LPU, Manipal, VIT, etc where the criteria for admission is going to be their own test or direct admission on basis of your previous qualification.
